Robotic Cardio
The CardioTek, GymTek's patent pending motorized robotic training device, readily transforms into any cardio equipment required in a select training program, or according to the trainer's personal choice as the workout session progresses.
The CardioTek seamlessly converts between the functionalities of the treadmill, elliptical, stepper (climber), escalator, bicycle, cross-country, ARC, wave and other workout machines.
The system enables a variety of exercise methods, choosing a different resistance level and/or counteraction per each leg, same action for both legs, etc.
The CardioTek shifts its function according to parameters predefined by either the trainer or the gym such as radius, stride and step height.
Here, too, the physical data gathered during the training session are recorded and presented on a user-friendly computerized interface.
Additionally, a large touch screen enables control and operation of the entire system, and even allows for a 3D gaming environment workout.
